How soon does my order ship out?
Items in stock will be sent out to the receiver within 24 to 72 hrs after order has been confirmed.
While pre order items are shipped 2 weeks after order has been confirmed.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
YES!! all items are always exactly as seen. As we always use live photos to advertise our products.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Items indicated as sold out, can always be pre ordered on direct customer request.
Can i order items that are not on the website?
Yes, we are not limited to the images on our social media platforms and website. You can send in images of luxury items not on the website, that you will love to purchase.

Yes, we do. All shipments are shipped with DHL express tracking services and arrive within 5 to 7 working days to the receiver.
